Eligibility To Get Arizona Medical Marijuana Card

Dr. Recommendation
In order to receive your medical marijuana card, you’ll need to begin by obtaining a physician recommendation. There are many doctors currently approving patients for medical marijuana in Arizona. When meeting with your recommended physician, be prepared to discuss your medical condition and why you think medical marijuana will be helpful for relieving your symptoms.
Patient Application
Once you’ve received your doctor recommendation, you’ll need to submit a patient application to the AZ Dept. of Health Services. Click here to access the instructions and online application. Medical cards are mailed to the patient within 5 business days of receiving a complete application.
Making Purchases
Once you’ve received your medical marijuana card, you’re welcome to visit the dispensary and make purchases.
