Purple Buddha, BC Bud Depot’s cross between the two winners of the 2007 cannabis cup, The Purps and Blue Buddha, is an F1 strain, meaning that its stages of development are currently early, but successful. The strain is also known as Buddha’s Aura, but is mainly known as Purple Buddha. Since there are only three phenotypes, it’s only got a few expressions of physical traits, making the strain very consistent.
Purple Buddha crosses the funky grape flavor of The Purps with the creamy-berry flavor of Blue Buddha, bringing to life the flavors of the two strains in a sweet and fruity blend. The strain, flavor wise, combines the best of both parents, making it an absolutely desirable strain for many cannabis flavor connoisseurs. The strain has three phenotypes, and flowers fast, with better yields than both parents.

“On top of smelling delicious and looking gorgeous this bud gives you an intense body high. I’m a bigger fan of indicas than most everyone I know. However I would recommend this to anyone. For most people it would be a perfect night time/ relaxation tool. However if you are into meditation or yoga, or anything like that, this purple Buddha is the perfect accessory (and this has nothing to do with the name). How well it tunes you into your body is amazing and it will help focus you throughout whatever you are doing. The come up is very smooth as well as the come down. Overall its an amazing bud and one of my favorites of all time. Be warned though, not for beginners. With great power comes great responsibility, and this is VERY powerful bud.
