Program Terms & Conditions

MEMBERSHIP: Membership in the Patient Supported Cultivation Program [PSC Program] is open to individual residents of Arizona, who are at least 18 years of age, and who have a valid Arizona Medical Marijuana Program ID Card. No purchase is necessary to participate in PSC Program. Membership fee is required to participate in PSC Platinum Program. Paid membership fee is valid for 12months. EARNING POINTS: PSC and PSC Platinum Program Members will earn one point for each dollar spent. REWARD ISSUANCE: PSC and PSC Platinum Program Members earn a $5 reward for each 100 points they accrue in accordance with these program terms. Rewards will be issued to members who have accumulated at least 100 points. Single-use rewards are issued to the individual member and may not be copied, transferred, sold, or shared/posted online. REDEEMING REWARDS: Rewards may be used toward the future purchase of any product within the dispensary. Final transaction total must be equal to or greater than the value of the PSC Program reward redeemed; no cash or credit will be given. PSC Program rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. PSC PLATINUM: PSC Platinum members receive one complimentary item per month for 12months following membership. The weight of the item depends on the level of membership purchased by the member. PSC Platinum strain of the month will be selected by SWC Arizona. PSC Platinum members can receive complimentary gram on any business day during calendar month; uncollected grams will not carry over into future months. PROGRAM TERMS: SWC Arizona may, at any time, terminate the PSC Program or change the program rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation, in whole or in part, without prior notice of further obligation to PSC Program members. SWC Arizona is not responsible for communication errors, including distribution of rewards, due to a change of email address or contact information. SWC Arizona reserves the right to terminate PSC Program membership and void rewards if it determines that a member violated any program terms or applicable laws, earned points via deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of the program. SWC Arizona and all members must adhere to Arizona Department of Health regulations at all times.
